Why should I consider using your service?
For peace of mind. The stress of caring for an elderly parent often can involve sleepiness nights, helping them eat, bathing them, managing medications, getting them out to appointments and so on. These tasks are in addition to other family and work responsibilities. Elderly parents do not want to feel like a burden, so having help will lesson this concern and it will surely reduce the stress of anyone involved in the care of an aging parent.
What hours of service do you provide?
We provide 24-hour care. This can be broken down to fit the needs of the client; that is, 4 to 24 hour shifts. Typical overnight shift would be 8 pm to 8 am. However, some clients need

We usually fill requests within a 24/48 hour period – however, sometimes it can take longer, so we encourage that requests are made as far in advance as possible.
How do you ensure certified service providers?
All aides hold certifications in their respective fields and background checks are done on all aides.
What is the cancellation policy?
Out of respect for the caregiver, a 24-cancellation policy is required.
Do you take health insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare or state health?
We are private pay service; however, long-term health care insurance will reimburse for our services.
What additional services can the aides provide?
a. Aides can provide extra services; such as, food shopping, rides to visit family and friends, lunch companions, walking companions.
b. Aides can also provide light cleaning services and laundry services.
c. Aides can provide companions for weddings, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, family reunions, and holiday/corporate events.
d. Aides can take clients to and from medical appointments, funerals, and other occasions.
What standard services are provided by the aides?
Aides can monitor medicine, take individuals to doctor’s appointments, provide baths, and cook meals.
What types of help is provided?
Depending on the needs of the individual, aides can provide skilled care (RN, LPN), certified nursing care (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), or Companions.
What guarantees are provided to make certain the individual in my home is qualified and that my elderly parent is safe?
Background checks are completed on all employees, and all employees are fully bonded and insured.
Would my elderly parent be more comfortable in a Nursing home or Assisted Living facility?
This would depend on the healthcare needs of the parent; however, most seniors want to stay in their homes as long as possible.
